Timber! Outdoor Music Festival is proudly produced by our small but mighty team at Artist Home. We are a team of five year-round staff, made stronger by our incredible festival crew who support us with production, merchandise, food and beverage, photography/videography, and, of course, volunteering. None of us are in this industry to make money; we’re simply just regular people with a big love for music.
Timber! is our love letter to the artists who move us and the community of people who continue to show up and make live music an unforgettable experience.
Kevin Sur
Co-Founder / Owner
Kevin Sur is the founder of Artist Home and one of the original creators of Timber! Outdoor Music Festival. Through his work, he has helped shape a uniquely Pacific Northwest festival experience, one rooted in community, creativity, and connection to nature. For Kevin, producing Timber! isn’t just an event production job; it is the fulfillment of a dream. Each year, he strives to create an atmosphere where attendees feel the same level of care, warmth, and welcome he would want guests to feel in his own backyard.
Alongside Brady Harvey, Kevin works tirelessly to introduce audiences to their next favorite artists to fulfill the festival’s mission of growing a vibrant creative community.
Chad Clibborn
Co-Founder & Director of Partnerships and Sponsorships
Chad, alongside Kevin Sur and Phil O’Sullivan, helped found Timber! in 2013. These days, his favorite part of Timber! is leading the morning cold plunge, seeing the festival through the eyes of all the kids (including his own), and watching them make new friendships and hear their new favorite bands for the first time. When he asked Doug Martsh (Built to Spill) if he could bring his son and his buddies back for a photo, that moment probably takes the cake.
Katie McColgan
Operations Manager
Katie moved to Seattle in 2013. The first festival she attended was the 2014 Timbrrr! Winter Music Festival in Leavenworth. While there, Katie decided she wanted to organize smaller, intimate festivals like Timber!, and joined the team in 2015. Katie loves working with friends and Timber! vendors and sponsors. Favorite Timber! moments include Byland, Thee Sacred Souls, Caroline Rose, and slinging ice out the back of a Subaru.
Michael Chandler
Production Manager
Chandler is an old salty dog. Timber! was the first event he had ever worked on from the ground up. So he got to own all the not-so-great decisions and mistakes from the start. His favorite moments at Timber! usually involve the goofball crew of amazing humans and volunteers, and trash clean-up at the end. A slightly buzzed dip in the Tolt to clean off never hurts! Also, Mark Lanegan, Dark Chisme, and some late-night secret shows.
Brady Harvey
Director of Programming
Brady has been in the Seattle music community since 2005 working both as an industry professional and a musician herself. She got to perform at Timber! with her band, Tea Cozies, back in the day, and has loved it ever since! Now she co-programs the festival and acts as artist liaison onsite, shuttling bands in golf carts and hunting down anything they may need. Her favorite Timber! memories include being surprised by unicorns, kids dancing in the pit for Itchy Kitty, and getting advice from Doug Martsch on how to fix vertigo. He gives great advice!
April Jingco
Marketing Specialist & Social Media Manager
April is a music freak who loves dancing in a show crowd and crying to a good record. What started as fangirling over Lucy Dacus playing at Timber! Outdoor Music Festival has now led her to manage the marketing and social media for Artist Home and Timber! Outdoor Music Festival. Some of her favorite performances at Timber! include Guerilla Toss, Car Seat Headrest, Thee Sacred Souls, and Searows.
