At Dumpling Tzar, we are all about simple, delicious food for the people. Dumplings are an unpretentious, beautiful food that carries over through all continents and cultures. Pel Meni come from the Russian Siberian tradition of keeping meat fresh through long, harsh winters. Gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options available.
Falling River Meats - Valley Dogs:
Situated near the Snoqualmie River that Falling River Meats calls home, we started offering farm to door meats in 2016. Falling River Meats will be onsite serving up locally sourced, artisan corndogs that are also gluten free!

Wendy will create a farm-to-table experience sourced from seasonal, local and sustainable farms in Washington State. Her offerings find inspiration from visiting and seeing what local farms offer seasonally and building relationships with local farmers
